I very much liked this salon, because normally they do a very good job for good money. Unfortunately I'm slowly pissed that each appointment starts around 20 minutes later and there are always no excuses for this, as it's normal. I find also unprofessional that masters discuss in Vietnamese who should do me a manicure...ok, maybe you don't have a fixed schedule, but come on, its no go to discuss it when I'm sitting at a desk and waiting. My last appointment was catastrophic...we started 30 minutes later, it was an evening and master was so much in a rush to go home....the quality of his job corresponds to the situation. I really very sad that I have to search for another place :(
