it's a normal thing that you book an appointment by one master, but comes another one...no sorry, no explanation. always start too late, just always...never went from them on time (so one can forget to go there at lunch break...because never know what time they decide to start). I was always happy by the quality except last time...it was just awful. master came in a terrible mood, was rude, impolite. when I said I don't like the way he colored nails (there was at least mm between color and skin) started to argue with me that this way is better and didn't want to remake it. it's absolutely 0 service. sorry guys, I loved you but my last appointment was no go. really sad about it
