I have been going to this studio for over two years and never has Virgilia let me down. She takes extra time to make everything right. I have seen this terrible review and must say I can’t confirm this at all. I am really sorry, because never during regular visits have I had a bad time. Also, I have seen the Google pictures and must say - colors always look a bit differently on nails. Sometimes a red is reder, off-white is more pink etc. Please let us be kind to each other! ♥️

Bad experience, rude service, cheap-looking result. Avoid this fancy-looking studio. Virgilia hasn’t asked me at all about the length and the shape I want for my nails. And in the end, the color simply didn’t match the one I picked up on the palette. It was much darker, and different nails looked differently, with uneven coverage. When I shared this concern, Virgilia insisted that it’s the same color I chose, and anyways now her workday is over and she has to leave. Extremely unprofessional.

Ergebnis gut, Atmosphäre lala. Sehr anonym, man wird durchgewunken. Getränke werden scheinbar nur Stammkunden angeboten. Auswahl an shellac Farben ist sehr groß und Ergebnis stimmt.Gesamterlebnis halt eher FastFood Style als Wellness Erlebnis.
