I felt like I was being rushed; as if I was keeping him (the Manager, I think) from something more important. And then because he was so rushed, he cut me while doing my cuticles and I started to bleed which then got me to thinking: do they properly sanitize the tools they use?! I picked this place because it received top ratings and besides being cut my manicure was good, but in service I would give them 1 star.
