had an appointment with another barber, that apparently got doublebooked, so i was offered someone I haven't been with before. guess it's my fault i agreed to that. had fairly long hair and asked for a cleanup of the sides and cutting off the tips. Ended up with something like a Mohawk. in the process tried to reexplain what i actually wanted, but was apparently not understood and more got cut and thinned out. sorry to leave such a review, but this was a desaster.
