bad experience! she filed/buffed my nails paper thin, and my shellac is already chipping after 3 days! plus my nail broke at the tip!! disappointed. pls don't let untrained staff handle customers

My appointment was taken by a trainee manicurist, coz she didn't remember the correct steps for the manicure, forgot to bring me the warm water to soak my nails and buffed my nails extra, so much that just 3 or 4 days after my shellac peeled off!!
