Die Wimpernverlängerung bei Kyra war super. Da ich bereits Erfahrung damit in einem anderen Studio gesammelt habe, kann ich sagen, dass die Qualität sehr gut ist! Ich bin total zufrieden und komme wieder.

This is my usual salon for a shellac manicure and usually it is excellent. However, this time there was a trainee (I assume) who removed my old shellac. She did not put the remover on correctly, so when she came to scrape off, the polish was not soft enough and she very heavily scraped my nails to get the old polish off. She caused skin damage (resulting in bleeding) to one nail bed, and the whole process was actually rather painful. Thankfully my main technician took over at that stage, but it seems like the damage was done. I will be going back to the salon, but will not allow a trainee to do my nails without supervision.
