Super perfect! I colored my roots, washed, cut and styled my hair with lovely Uli. It's my first time doing all this in Köln and I don't speak perfect German but Uli took good care of me and my hair. She massaged, applied oil and made my hair look gorgeous! Very good at communicating and understanding what I need. Very nice and professional. The shop is also gorgeous, clean, organized. I also had a problem with my payment card and Uli was so patient. This is my favorite place now.
