Starting with Gabriela at the reception of the hotel was very kind and customer oriented, she call the spa team and look for an appoinment that fitted well for me.
The team at the spa, Olga and Alejandro, have been very kind and helpfull with me they did more than expected, it was an excelente experience.
I fully recomend the Sofitel Frankfurt Spa!
