Meine Nägel sind sehr ungleichmäßig und es sind noch alte Nagellack Rückstände vorhanden. Zudem hat die Pediküre nur 45 statt 60min gedauert und ich sollte dann noch extra für Nagellack entfernen bezahlen. Zudem spricht die Kollegin kein Wort deutsch

I had a great experience last time I visited with Olga, but they changed it last minute to some other clinic which was still acceptable to me, but then the machine was not working and I did some other treatment the results were no where similar and I was pretty dissapointment. My request would be to cancel the appointment rather than offering replacement. thanks
