Handler was professional and friendly but she broke many of the hairs on my legs rather than pull them out properly (and I made sure they were long enough) and for a full bikini sugaring she refused to do the bum crack which I think is silly - if you don’t want to do a full bikini properly then just don’t do it at all. I’ll return again to give them another chance because the salon is wonderful though.
