I went in for a regular manicure and did not want gel nails. Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication with the technician who did my nails, as she did not speak much German or English. I was trying to explain in German, but the nail type and polish options were not explained very clearly, which ended up making the appointment take longer than expected. I only realized towards the end that other staff members spoke English. That said, everyone was very friendly, including the owner. I woul
