The neck extension on the massage chair was broken when I arrived. It is not the fault of the masseuse, but she could not massage me hard enough. It is because whenever she would try to massage harder, the neck extension would drop. And I have scoliosis in my neck and could not have it massaged therefore my neck still hurts. The masseuse was very friendlyans talented, but I feel like my money was wasted because of the broken chair.
