Elisabeth and her magic hands - every time I go, I enter the room feeling so heavy and leave feeling so much lighter. The practise of Shiatsu for me definitely allows my body to let go of stress, tension and emotions it’s been holding onto. Elisabeth is gentle, warm and understanding. She considers how your life and feelings can be affecting your body and how it’s all linked and then works to make you feel better and more relaxed. Highly recommended!
