Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich sofort wohl in dem schicken Studio. Die Behandlung war super entspannend und auch das Resultat der Wimpernverlängerung hat mir gefallen. Die Wimpern halten lange und sehen toll aus!!

The worst Shellack Manicure experience ever.
The owner of the salon is lovely, but the nail master was terrible. She couldn't remove the gel polish from my nails for an hour and started to shout at me as it was my fault. She tried to accuse me of making video with her work, even though i was just surfing the Internet and checking out my social networks. I felt really bad about these unfair accusations.
The result of her work was even worse - uneven coverage, huge gap between the cuticle and the polish, my nails looked ugly. I told her i don't have a lot of spare time because of my newborn baby. But she was still unfriendly and incompetent.
Terrible feeling, terrible nails. Need to find another salon and time to fix it. The only good thing is that she let me go without paying for this disaster.

Ich war zum ersten Mal in der Schönheitsetage und wurde von Sophie behandelt. Ich fühlte mich sofort sehr wohl, sehr gut beraten und die Behandlung war einwandfrei. Ich komme definitiv wieder.
