First time I really liked the experience as Jacky did really nice job. Second time the assistant “washed” my hair, it was greasy after washing and it didn’t stop Jacky to style my dirty hair instead of washing again.I wrote them a message got no response, so had to redo my hair again in another salon.

Unfortunately I didn’t like it. My hairdresser was 15 minutes late, which on a normal day would have been OK, but since I was getting my hair done for my wedding even 15 minutes of lost time was critical. She didn’t ask for feedback or if the hair was taking the shape that I wanted during the process, so in the end once I was shown the result from the back it was too late to significantly change anything and I didn’t like it. It did thankfully hold the whole day without needing to adjust it.
