I am incredibly disappointed by the salon and the competence of the stylist/hairdresser. I went there to get all the red out of my hair and told him that this is basically my main focus no matter what he does, and he assured me it will be gone. Not only was I picked up by a friend who told me that on the back of my head (where I cant see it) its still all red, I washed my hair ONCE and the red is all back. 125€ for that. that's a just joke.Even though Brian was incredibly kind.
