The salon floor was dirty, another hairdresser staring at herself in the mirror the whole time while someone else put upside down Aveda promotional packs around the room. Just the kind of general lack of attention to detail. My cut was dreadful. I was very hesitant about layers but agreed to very slight layers and ended up with the dreaded ledge effect cut. My hair is now in two giant blocks. Not cut at the right angle. Was expensive and inattentive and will now take me months to fix.
