Unfortunately while abroad I had a haircut and I was very unhappy with the result. Once in Munich, I booked an appointment at Schnittraum. Antonella assessed the situation, went through the possibilities with me and managed to fix the haircut! I have recently been there again and the results are perfect again. She is very kind and professional. 100% recommended.

Leider diesmal kein schönes Ergebnis. Strähnchen viel zu blockig und unnatürlich. Salon hat mir jedoch Kulanz gewährt und mit Farbe ausgeglichen. Jedoch war die Prozedur somit völlig umsonst.
