While my German skills (A2) are bad and I couldn't tell details of my request, I just asked for a normal short hair cut, no styling, no fancy needs, just a simple short office like haircut. Daniel kept on hitting my head with the comb and with the hair clipper several times and he used a not sharpen scissors which pulled my hair all the time. I also noticed a slight change when he found out I am Romanian. He did not spoke to me afterwards, threw away my receipt and did not even say good bye.
