The appointment was changed last minute without my confirmation + the salon opened 5 min after my app. The greeting was beyond rude. If you only speak english he won‘t cut your hair!!Lucky me I speak german. He f. me over by cutting 20cm of my hair although I told him IN GERMAN to only cut 3cm max!He is annoyed by his job and customers.don‘t understand the good reviews. This was the WORST treatment AND hair cut I’ve ever experienced. The arrogance and denial of this men is wild.Filing complain
