When I came in he said that I was 10 minutes too early (mind you, I was 5mins early which is on time and the appointment started 10 minutes later than planned). I tried showing him a photo of Marilyn Monroe to explain the shape I want for my hair since my natural hair is even curlier and harder to figure from photos. He was very furious and impatient, saying that he can not do that hairstyle, he just wants to know how to cut. I saw him rolling his eyes behind my back in the mirror
