The deco/atmosphere and massage was perfect. The masseuse checked up on me to see if I wanted anything different. There was a tea at the end of the session. But they didn't like that I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment even though I said I would wait. After the massage, they said that since I booked with treatwell, I cannot join the bonus program and next time I should book directly from their own website. I checked and bookings can only be done via treatwell. I might never go back
