Eyelash lift was fine but they should not offer eyebrow services. I booked eyebrow threading and when I arrived they told me they only use tweezers. Very annoying as I had to pay in advance to make the booking. If I had known I would not have booked the service. They seem very inexperienced in doing eyebrows. They did not map the arch or length with my face she drew with pencil freehand. In the end I asked them to stop removing hair and I will need to resolve it myself
