I bought and prepaid a package including hair colour, cut & blow, head massage and eyebrow & eyelash tint. No head massage, rushed 5min blow dry & they had no time to complete the eyelash & brow tint. In the store she insisted I booked the appointment incorrectly online when I actually booked specifically for the colorations packet by phone and was emailed an appointment confirmation by the salon. I was not even happy with the color of the highlights - the lady didn't try to understand what I wanted. She as also not friendly. She also did not offer me anything to drink. After an hour I had to ask for a glass of water. I left with frizzy hair, colour not what I wanted and no eyebrow/ eyelash tint - which I PRE-PAID for. Disappointing!
