I went there to get a haircut, for the first time. I had a 20 min delay. The appointment was at 18:50, and they started at 19:10, the saloon closing at 20. So, someone else washed my hair and then brushed it very hard, and the hair being just washed, it even hurt. The haircut was done okay, not in a rush, but I’m not satisfied by how my hair looks now. I was there to cut the split ends. But the hair is now definitely shorter and the ends are turned to the outside and it doesn’t look good.
