I did a „Keratinglättung „ in July that cost me a lot of money. After the first wash (and after following all the instructions) my hair looked exactly the same as before. Not straight at all. I contacted them several times, they never contacted me back or found any solution. Don’t ever do a Keratinglättung at their place !!!
