Very disappointed. Firstly, the hairdresser did not seem to enjoy doing his job. He was quite rough with my hair and looked like he just wanted to get it done and over with. Secondly, the hairwashing sink is extremely uncomfortable and hurts the neck. The salon is pretty but overall an unpleasant experience. I expected more given the good reviews.
