Unfortunately my hair was overbleached. My appointment took 5.5hrs instead of indicated 3hrs 45mins. I don’t know what happened during my bleach job, my hair is completely fried, breaking off in several places and dry as it has never been before & I get balayage done regularly. Daniele realized that my hair turnt out way too light when he started blow drying and immediately offered to tone it again. It is unfortunately still at least two shades blonder than I asked and damaged beyond repair.
