I had my haircut done by Vana last week - she was very professional, friendly, asked the right questions throughout the appointment, took her time without any rush, and made sure I was happy with the results. Ich war zum ersten Mal im Salone 39 und meine Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Balayage hat bei mir die liebe Vana gemacht und sie hat mir eine sehr ausführliche Beratung gegeben und mir den ganzen Prozess Schritt für Schritt erklärt. So professionell wurde ich bei keinem Friseur bisher beraten. Den Schnitt habe ich von Francesco bekommen und ich war einfach überwältigt. Beide haben meine Vorstellungen 1:1 umgesetzt. Love it.

Vana is amazing and I'm so happy she told me where she moved so I can follow her. I've been her customer for a more than a year and the reason I keep coming back is because she just gets it. Extremely talented stylist and colourist, understanding of your needs and requests, patient and sweet. She listens and executes perfectly what you want. I never feel anxious when she is dealing with my hair because I know it will be perfect - that kind of comfort is not easy to find.
