Very nice employees but they tricked me into getting the “shellack” when I had only book “lack.” As a non-native German speaker, I didn’t know there was a difference. When I paid at the end, they charged me €15 extra for the shellack even though I saw in their booking schedule that I was only booked for the “lack.”
