Decent manicure and pedicure in hectic environment. New clients are accepted whilst the ones from earlier are left on their own without checking in ever again. The worst part is: although there is a POS machine, clients are forced to pay cash claiming that it “might not work.” When I forced them to use the POS machine, they applied an additional POS fee without getting approval first (although there was a generous tip included already). This practice isn’t only greedy and horrible, but illegal.
