all the staff is very friendly and polite. the salon is very accommodating and beautiful. they use shampoo and products of high quality. unfortunately the haircut wasn’t what I expected, the method used (i am not sure if it was razor or texturising) didn’t worked for my hair and it’s looking ugly 😥😓

Im ersten Moment fand ich das Ergebnis meiner Tönung noch total in Ordnung. Beim verlassen des Salons und bei Tageslicht ist mir leider direkt aufgefallen, dass die Farbe viel zu dunkel ist. Ich hatte des Öfteren betont, dass ich nicht möchte das es schwarz wird doch genau das wird es geworden :( Ich fühl mich leider sehr unwohl mit dem Ergebnis. Der Schnitt ist sehr schön, die Farbe ist nur leider nicht so wie besprochen / gewollt.
