My haircut is just ugly now. The length is much shorter than I requested. The line of the cut is terribly uneven, and my hair has been randomly snipped in chunks using thinning scissors. My hair is thick and requires a stylist with both skill and a good knowledge of techniques – something Oliver clearly does not have. Additionally, he straightened my damaged hair with a flat iron without any heat protection spray.
