Alles gut, aber musste am Anfang 20 Minuten warten (wurde begrüßt und habe ein Getränk angeboten bekommen), ohne das jemand ein Update gegeben hätte. Irgendwas à la "sorry, dauert noch ein paar Minuten, aber sind gleich da" wäre sehr nett gewesen.
