I’ve been to this salon many times and always had great results with the master stylists. Unfortunately, this time I booked with someone else and the colour is orange after the first wash and looks nothing like the reference photos I showed.
The junior stylist was friendly, but the technique and attention to detail just weren’t at the level I expected for a balayage. For something simple, it’s fine, but for more precise or high-quality colour work, I’d recommend booking with senior stylists.
