I've cut my hair in a handful of different places in Berlin, and it was always "yeah it's ok but next time I'll try somewhere else". Mostly I had trouble getting the hairdressers to understand what I'm after, even if it's nothing unusual. Here instead, Lea just got it and did the job, easy. Will come back.
