I get highlights every few months and I was looking for someone to whom I can explain what I'm looking for but in the same time get some advice on what works for me and what not. Dennis was great, very calm, friendly and also very knowledgeable. Compared to other experiences in Berlin, I felt more welcome here and taken care of here. It was more suitable for me as also I'm just starting to learn German and I couldn't explain what I want in German, but everyone in the salon spoke English.
