Blasé attitude. Procedure not done with attentiveness, in comparison to the others I have seen there. Instead of moving to pluck the hair from the other side of my face, he just stretched out his arm, reaching across my face. That led to sloppiness, some pain, and a small injury. I now have a small red scab on the skin below my eyebrows where the tweezers penetrated my skin.
