From the beginning they kept trying to sell me add ons, i declined saying i was happy with what i booked and could not afford more but they kept harassing me until i got upset, they then insisted it was my problem and that i calm down and proceeded to gossip about me loudly with other customers in German thinking because i do not speak fluently (but well enough) i do not understand. I have never felt so demeaned and attacked in my life.

People are nice there the color was pretty good. The cut was terrible, I just wanted a simple over the shoulder straight cut and they made me look like a 50 yo Karen! Felt like coming home to cry...

Erstmal wurden anstatt 12€ wie über Treatwell gekauft 22€ abgenommen, weil man zusätzlich mit einer Schere Geschnitten hat. Aber wenn Man dann den 22€ Haarschnitt berechnet, dann sollte man es auch komplett wie angegeben waschen! Die Mitarbeiter lästern über den Kunden auf Türkisch. Schade dass der Kunde auch Türke ist. Einfach nur furchtbar! Finger weg!
