I arrived and I just had to wait less than 5 minutes to my turn. While waiting there were cookies on the table and I really appreciate them. The treatment was fast and not painful at all. It was a bit difficult to communicate since the girl was not speaking in english and I don't speak german, but everything went fine and fast, I might have liked a bit stronger treatment but next time i'll ask for it
