The lady at the reception was dismissive, she didnt listen to my preference. The girl who started with filing my nails removed part of my nail (she overused the machine and cracked the surface of my nail) then when I complained and asked her that she should be more careful and slower, she didnt listen and blamed it on my nails that they are weak. I have very healthy nails, never experienced such a thing before.
