the staff didn’t seem so professional and friendly to me. The person who did my nail was giving too much unnecessary stress to pick a color and didn’t listen to my wish. I asked for square shape nail but he made it round shape. The other colleague took over his job but not fully focusing on the job, pausing and talking to the other client for 3/4 min while painting my nail. Not really happy with the end result.
