I went to Rouge & Blond purely out of convenience since I live around the corner. While the apprentice is really sweet and I know she meant well, the fact is that I went in for a glossing to remove some of the orange tone from my hair and somehow ended up with my roots being dyed black. I can understand that mistakes happen and in this case there was clearly a breakdown im communication, but the fact that I had to pay extra for something I didn’t request is absolutely ridiculous. The owner is patronizing to say the least, and unless you’re fluent in German then I would avoid this salon. They don’t speak English, and if they do, they make zero effort to try to communicate with the customer. On another negative point, they don’t have a receptionist so expect your hairdresser to stop everytime someone comes into the salon to accept packages, food deliveries, or make appointments for other people.
All around poor service, overpriced and overrated.
