Darlene war sehr freundlich und wir konnten uns gut unterhalten, leider bin ich aber mit der Manicure nicht zufrieden. Unsauber aufgetragen und schon nach wenigen stunden teilweise abgesplittert.

Disappointing…for many reasons:
1. Transparency: you will need to pay 15€ for shellac removal your first time there even though this is not mentioned anywhere on the website or on Treatwell during booking
2. Quality: besides the fact the polish removal was quite brutal and that I got stung under one of my nails, the end result was again…very disappointing. The finish was not done correctly and the nail polish has no shine..
3. Small talk: almost insulting. Advice: is ok to not make small talk
