Overall the service was good. Quick and efficient gel nails and I'm happy with them. The salon is beautiful and very nicely done. The technician, Chang wasn't very interested and seemed more concentrated on her mobile phone. I felt the service was rushed

Quality differs quite significantly in this place depending who is taking care of you. Some have amazing attention to detail and finish off with a quick (but amazing!) hand massage. Others though-trying to remove cuticles dry by just scratching the nail bed without applying cuticle remover, leaving out some steps altogether. Would be great if there was more quality control in this place.
