Dieses Mal war ich wirklich extrem verspannt, aber Robyn hat ihr Bestes gegeben und ich fühle mich heute schon viel besser. Zudem hat sie mir noch Dehnübungen gezeigt um Verspannungen in der Zukunft zu verhindern. Top!
