I was interested in Ralf's massage method - a balance of physical massage AND mindfulness of movement and intention.
Our appointment started w/ Ralf curiously questions about my life - struggles/stresses - that might have impact on my body (&mind), creating need for massage.
Afterwards, he went through his massage process, listening to the feedback and adjusting his application as he went. It was a great experience and now I reflect the impact of my daily actions w/ more thought! Recommend
