I’ve been going to Jaina semi regularly for the last 18 months - she’s amazing! At the start of the session we have a little chat about what I’ve been doing and how I’m feeling, then the tailored session starts! From hip issues, to stress held in my shoulders, and getting back into weight training - Jaina has helped my body through it all. And despite always having a deep tissue massage, I’m always asleep by the end 😂
