I had an appointment and had to wait for over 45mn. I understand that this can happen but no one warned me that there would be such a delay, apologized or even talked to me the whole time. I found the service and general atmosphere quite unwelcoming, it is like I was bothering them. The service I booked was well executed: pedicure with nail polish. Only go if you have 2 hrs to spare and lots of patience…

Trotz Termin wieder 30 min Wartezeit. Shellac an den Fingern sollte abgefräst werden, wurde nut auf Nachdruck mit Aceton entfernt. Maniküre war schnelles abklipsen mit Knipser und Nagelhaut schneiden ohne vorheriges Zurückschieben oder Einweichen. Keine einheitliche Nagelform. Lack löst sich nach ein paar Tagen bereits an den Spitzen. Gesamt schwache Leistung, je nach Mitarbeiterin sehr stark schwankend.

Trotz Termin musste ich 30min auf die Behandlung warten. Das Warten hatte sich allerdings gelohnt.
